Christmas Fruit Salad

Combine 6 oz. thawed orange juice concentrate & 20 oz. undrained crushed pineapple; mix well. Mix in 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts and 1 small bottle sliced maraschino cherries (I don't use either of these). Add a combination of 5-6 unpeeled, diced red delicious, gala, or braeburn apples, stirring to coat apples (I've used several different kinds and it's always good) as you add them (to prevent them turning brown). Flavor is enhanced with time. Make at least 24 hours before serving. Keep in refrigerator.

Heavenly Hash or Pineapple Delight

In a large bowl, combine 1 bag of miniature marshmallows, a can of crushed pineapple (or pineapple tidbits) and a little can of mandarin oranges and a pint of whipping cream. I also add some maraschino cherries for color. Just stir together the night before, stirring every once and a while. It will thicken up overnight. Yum!

Lesa's grape juice recipe: I have a *very* simple juice recipe. <BG> I learned it from an Amish
woman and it is delicious and as simple as you can get.

I use quart size jars for my family. Boil your water, fill jars about 1/4 full of whole grapes, pour hot water and add sugar. (these ladies add 1 cup of sugar, but, I just put about 1/3 in) Seal them up, that's it. When your ready to drink, just strain the grapes. If the grapes are really strong, as I have done concords this way, you can add water to dilute it.
